A little bit more about me:
I'm a dancer at heart, something I had to give up when I started studying at University, it was too hard trying to balance everything. This is something I truly miss ❤
How did I get into fitness:
I remember being 14/15 and all I wanted to do was join a gym (back then you needed to be 16) I've always enjoyed exercising, not that I knew what I was doing then but I just enjoyed being active. Once I turned 16 I joined a gym straight away. And loved it even though I was a 'cardio' bunny and had no idea what the exercises were meant to be doing and why they were good for me.
What I love about fitness:
I love the feeling of working hard, if I'm not sweating I know I'm not working hard enough. I love that it has given confidence and love that I can help others find that too. Since I started at the gym I have grown my education about health and fitness and love being able to share that with others.How do you cherish yourself: by not being too hard on myself, sometimes you have to remind yourself how far you have come and where you started and why.
What advice would I give other girls:
Be confident and find that inner sass ❤
